RECETOX, a scientific institute focused on the long-term impact of the environment on human health, approached us to create a visual style for communicating their findings. Given the complexity of the research, we decided to simplify the communication and developed a visual concept based on characters representing the target groups being studied.

Giving a human touch to a complex scientific research

The characters feature prominently stylized eyes and hands, with life breathed into them primarily through physically simulated clothing that responds to their movements. All of this is presented in a vibrant color palette that softens the conveyed message.

The communication takes place not only online through video but also in printed materials, such as comprehensive brochures and citylight posters featuring infographics with research findings.

The visual communication received highly positive feedback, and this unconventional design successfully attracted public attention, effectively conveying the desired results.
